Ripped Off Warranty

We had the same issue as has been reported before. We bought over $3000.00 dollars worth of a couch, recliner, chair and tables. The tables they could never get level after two technicians came out to fix. The furniture we reported that the material was separating from the seam already and that the padding on the couch was bunched up as well as in the recliner. We were told to report the issue to the warranty place and the claim was denied. Ashley Furniture does not stand behind their products and their furniture looks nice but after 6 months is nothing but crap. Do Not buy from these people. I had a manager sell me the warranty saying that it would cover anything that happened to the furniture. He may as well have stolen the money for the warranty and put it in his pocket.
