Guardsman is a scam

Guardsman warranty is a scam one of my legs broke on my table i called guardsman the same day to report the damages. Somehow they found away to not replace my table saying the damages occurred from the old damages I also report and they still did nothing about it. I tried sending pictures to show it was a totally different areas. The representative are so unprofessional. They were trying to tell me my new damages happen from the old damages when it wasn't. I'm so upset I paid for my warranty when I purchase my table set back in 2011 and now it's 2013 and I have an issue and nothing being done about it!!!
