Sofa was falling apart in under 2 weeks. Called customer support as anything blows one to do. No aid. THey said there's a-1 month return policy.

Sent something man and they'll not repair under guarantee (I dont believe it is actually repairable because it is tearing in several locations and cusions are loose in.

Customer support subsequently sent-no-call or notice-simply a contact stating sorry-we wont fix-appears like your problem! How could it be my problem??? We didnt tear the awful joints in 3 locations-LARGE gaping openings today a few months later. They declare our guarantee is emptiness becuase it appears like bad use!!! THe holes are inj the rear-stated we ought to have seated about the BACK of the couch.
