I bought a 48-month expansion guarantee for my TELEVISION from ElectronicsNation.com. After I required service, ElectronicsNation.com dismissed my request service. I submitted a criticism to BBB with event identification 12022080. The owner of ElectronicsNation.com responded to BBB with this type of notice declaring that ElectronicsNation.com includes a support agreement with Philips Priority Support or ServiceNet as it’s operator. Because this subcontract organization, Philips Priority Support, has gone out of enterprise, no-one can look after my situation. I'm not alone. He's many related instances. He wishes me re direct the criticism to Philips Priority Support. It's truly absurd. Our expansion guarantee is ineffective after I require it. I purchased the expansion guarantee from ElectronicsNation.com, not Philips Priority Support, and ElectronicsNation.com doesn't match the obligation. Today I've to invest money and time to obtain my Television mounted. What's the expansion guarantee for? I don't care where ElectronicsNation.com subcontracts the support with. I settled ElectronicsNation.com the quality I want my support. ElectronicsNation.com accounts for the contract. ElectronicsNation.com continues to be promoting exactly the same expansion guarantee using the ServiceNet on its site.
