Rooms Togo has some severe customer support problems. I bought a 100% leather couch 3 years before, RTG named me and provided one more three-year guarantee for approximately. $100. Fast-forward 2012 the couch began to break and peel. Named the guarantee organization they delivered a leather technican to examine and unearthed that the couch must be changed. I selected another couch so when they found provide and get the previous couch additionally they stated they had a need to consider an arm-chair which was not area of the guarantee purchase. These were to just consider the couch and provide the brand new one. Evidently they involved my arm-chair within the order but it was not on my purchase. I told them they created an error and explained that I'd to provide them my arm-chair or provide them with $200 for that distinction between your couches. They named law enforcement and also the authorities stated that they might not do something about that as this isn't a legal problem. I'm so discouraged and irritated with RTG. Their real insufficient customer support and total mess is simply inappropriate. Today they need me to pay for $200 that was not on my paperwork.
