Rooms Togo has some severe customer support problems. I bought a 100% leather couch 3 years before, RTG named me and provided one more three-year guarantee for approximately. $100. Fast-forward 2012 the couch began to break and peel. Named the guarantee organization they delivered a leather technican to examine and unearthed that the couch must be changed. I selected another couch so when they found provide and get the previous couch additionally they stated they had a need to consider an arm-chair which was not area of the guarantee purchase.
