I purchased a pair of jeans while they were on sale. It was the wrong size. I went to exchange them for a larger size and was told that I had to pay and additional $21.89. I was told that she couldn't override it. She said "there is no way I can — it is in the system this way. When I asked for a phone # for customer service I was given a card and told to go on line. No one in the store could assist me.
