I purchased a pair of jeans for my niece when they were on a special buy (not clearance). I found out that it was the wrong size. I took them back to exchange them for the exact same pair but in a larger size and was told that I had to pay an additional $21.89. I was told they could not override it to give me the sale price. I was told "there is no way — the system won't let me do it.
