Do not order any e gift cards on line., this company will cancel the order the next day and call you a lier, saying you canceled it. My son ordered a e gift card for his 18 month niece for Christmas 2010. She nevered received it. Not only did she not receive it, when I called the company to ask them why she did not get it, they said that I canceled it, I or anyone in my family did not cancel it, but the person I talked to Laura said that I was a lier, and that someone in my family canceled it. This is no why to run a bussiness, I will never ever send my GrandDaughter or anyone else thier again. I did not get a apolgy from Laura, nor did she try to make it right. Iam veru disspointed with this company, for thier customer service sucks. When my Son went into the Chandler Az store on Feb 4th he had to pay 45.00 for a bear for my Granddaughter, which he should had to only pay a little of that not the whole thing. I hope this message goes up the top, so that Laura can be told to never call a customer a lier, and to refund my sons money.
