After I spot my purchase on Dec. 11th for Holiday presents, I had been guaranteed I'd receive limit, hat, top and two license plates.

Today is December 23rd. No limit, no hat, no top with no license plates. Just the top has delivered, (although not appeared) and client solutions was so blase' with my issues and provided no aid or concession. Both customer support and supervisor might care less that I actually donot have these Holiday presents for my spouse.

The mgr said "these were suppose to vessel about the 17th, however they shifted it back again to the 23rd" I questioned her if she was conscious it was the Holiday period. Her only response was a choice for me personally to stop my purchase. I expected her is she might overnight the purchase. An easy "no" was all I acquired.

Chevy Mall gets an "Y" for BAD SUPPORT.
