Requested two 50.00 gift vouchers on Dec. 11 in sufficient time for Holiday. They're still not below. Named after they mentioned call-back in a few times. About the 23rd I named guaranteed me these were shipping them Fed-Ex to reach on Christmas evening. Holiday arrived and went no giftcards. Named about the 29th the CSR about the 23rd lied they'd never been delivered. Bob GUARANTEED me these were likely to overnight them about the 30th to reach about the 31st named 31st Bob had lied likewise. They mightnot be sent due to the vacation until MONDAY 1/4/09. These are Holiday presents. Could not actually deliver mean e gift card until mon. These folks are criminals. Hoping to obtain my cash back today.
