TOUGHEST shop ever. I bought a set of swimtrunks on 12/15/09 with the objective of providing them with like a christmas present considering me and my sweetheart are getting on holiday per week from holiday, and also the product was IN-STOCK. I actually got the purchase confirmation mail and anything thanking me for my purchase and providing mean estimated arrival day. I followed the purchase online and 12/21/09 also it stated it had been still running and hadn't been delivered. I named the client support point today plus they advised me the purchase never experienced since their product has become out-of stock despite the fact that after I requested it, it was in-stock. Therefore today I've no holiday present because of these a*holes. Additionally they claimed there is practically nothing they might do for me personally plus they were "sorry". Never purchasing/likely to hollister again. They do not care a little about their clients plus they do not actually inform you whenever your purchase is not arriving in the end.
