Big Rip Off

I saw this company on a friends email account that they recommended them so I figured they were legit. Wrong. It was an add attached to my friends email, she never ordered from them.

I ordered the Uggs at the end of November and never received a confirmation number. I tried calling, the phone number didn't work. I sent emails that were never answered so I finally called my credit card company to report this scam. Two days later I received an email with a tracking number for my product. I tried to track the product and all it ever said was in transit. I then ordered them from a reputatable site and received them in 2 days. Great customer service, price, etc.

Anyway, on December 23rd I received the Uggs. They are fake, in horrible condition, etc. I tried to contact the company but all has failed. There was no return information in the box. As a matter of fact there was no papers in the box at all. Don't be scammed. Hopefully my credit card company will take care of this. Thank god credit card companies know how to handle these companies.

Good luck. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
