Poor customer service, not shipping items

I requested products from Sahalie on Nov. 30th. A couple of days after putting purchase the purchase was in "in-stock, Prepared To Vessel" standing. It's stayed for the reason that standing since. I have named. I have sent. Each phone I had been informed "Purchase is able to vessel and certainly will deliver anyday today". After I insisted on understanding the particular ship day, I had been informed "you'll get your purchase by Holiday that is all I will let you know". I named nowadays, 12/23/08, and was informed I "might or might not obtain the purchase by Holiday". I requested to stop the purchase because it is extremely improbable I'll obtain the purchase for Holiday. I had been advised I can't stop the purchase because it is "about the delivery ground".

I am still not being informed when or if this purchase is likely to be delivered.
