I put an order online on 12/8/08 for 3 products for Holiday. After around. 11/14 days I named customer support to inquire about possible ship times. I had been educated they were "flooded" with purchases but that delivery had guaranteed them that purchase might deliver to reach by Holiday. Approximately 5 nights later I called again. Same solution. I eventually obtained 1 item overdue Holiday event, 1 item your day After-Christmas & up to now, NEVERTHELESS haven't obtained the Next piece. BAD customer support.
