2 day boot wea

I'm writing to let everyone know that lives in philadelphia or comes to visit please do not shop at moda clothing store i brought a pair of boots from there and they wore badly at the heel part within 2 days of wearing them it looked like someone took scissors and cut the heel off the shoe, when i went back to see if i could exchange the boots the owner told me that there is nothing that she could do and she is not responsible for the way i walk and that it was my fault and that i was the only customer that came in her store with this bullsh*t.

I was so upset not only was she refusing to exchange them she also wouldnt give me back my moneyshe was very unprofessional and had a nasty disposition they have a 7 day policy which she completely ignored, this store is not worth shopping at there clothes are extremely cheap and the customer service is horrible!!
