Never AGAIN! - boots

I WILL NEVER shop at Cathy Jean stores again! First off when I entered the store 2 employees there totally ignored me and gave major attitude. But I ignored it and tried on a pair of boots that i really liked. I ended up buying them because i was kinda desperate for my first pair of brown boots. When I got home and walked around in them ONCE in my house I found to realize that they were SO uncomfortable. So the next day I went back to the store to get a refund, it wasnt even 24 hrs. Later, and they refused to give me a return or exchange, because the BOTTOM of the shoe looked worn, when there was absolutely nothing that was wrong! I was so shocked and disgusted that a store could actually be that technical about the bottom of a shoe, that looked perfectly normal. The staff had no empathy and nothing they could do. So I wasted money and had terrible customer service at a store that will not get my buisness ever again. Good job Cathy Jean.
