ALDO horrible customer service - boots

I ordered a pair of boots to my home from the store. Pairs were different color. I went back to the store and request a refund. They did not allow me to get refund (just allow me to make an exchange) because they told "I wore those boots". However, I did not. I just wore them to try and just stepped by my porch to see whether they are really in different color or not under the sunshine. And she said "You told you wore them, you should have tried it at your home". Porch is not a piece of my home??? Color difference was not clear under the room light so I guess this is their way of cheating...
