Unreasonable VERY long time of delivery

I have delivered package with first-required products for invalidis treatment to assist my parents using their day today wants. The package was delivered from Israel on 12th of December and came to Samara on 21 of Nov. Although having phone number and, certain, handle of my parents, EMS of Samara town did not advise anyone concerning the package coming and soon after my phone from Israel we were recommended that my parents need to contact courier themselves... They did it however it did not support much - for today, the fifth of Dec the package hasn't shipped yet! And so I can't realize why they named that support Express Email

Iam prepared to move every detail of my package and types more - Iam really dissatisfied of such support!
