Terrible company

My parents sent me a package over Christmas with both my Christmas and birthday presents in then. After Christmas came and went and the package had not arrived we went to the site and ran the tracking number and it said that it had been delivered. We called them right away to discover that they had delivered it to an ex boyfriends apartment rather than my house. Not only could we look at the receipt and see that they were supposed to send it to my house but we called the local store where we went in and they as were told us that they did mess up... We called them to retrieve the package as it was their mistake and they had admitted to it, to be basically blown off. Even after explaining to them that this ex-boyfriend has threatened me and stalked and harassed they continued to tell us that they would not even attempt to retrieve the package until the following week... And that if they did not see anyone there that they would wait another week. Never mind that my parents like most people put the address they are shipping something to on the box so that they do not forget the address. I don't recommend this service to ANYONE, particularly if like me a blunder like this could risk yours or a loved ones safety.
