Online Return Requires Packing Slip Taped Outside the Box

Pathetic! Did you know that in order to return something purchased online from Toys R Us, you have to have the packing slip? And do I know what happened to the packing slip, which was apparently not on the inside of the box but taped to the outside of the box? No! Seriously, it's Christmas and with receiving so many packages, I apparently let one little thing slip, which now means I get store credit to Toys R Us rather than getting my money back on the item I purchased.
