Tito Sarti Lost my daughter DVD player and they not want to be accountable for that

Shops, Products, Services

On June 4th I made seven Amazon orders which implied buying ten items. Among them was a MAG-MDVD500 Portable CD/DVD Player, which was very important to me because it was a present for my daughter on her birthday. On the order I put the former Don Envin address which was 6713 NW 84TH AVE MIAMI, FLORIDA, 33166-2614.
On June 07th I received an email from Amazon saying the DVD player will be delivered on June 15th via UPS with the tracking number: 1Z3A47R6685987*
On June 11th I send an email to Mr. Tito Sarti, who is Don Envins Manager, saying that the address to which Ive send the merchandise was the former one, so what should have I done in that case. That email was never answered.
From June 15th to June 18th I wrote several emails to Mr. Tito Sarti, trying to match the merchandise he received with the items that were on my order.
On June 20th I send a new email to Mr. Tito Sarti saying that the mentioned tracking number was delivered on June 11th and was received and signed by Mrs. Concepcion.
On June 22nd Mr. Tito Sarti send me an email saying that they have in his facility the item signed by Mrs. Concepcion.
On July 08th Mr. Tito Sarti send me an email with the tracking numbers of the items they were sending to me. There, I could see that the DVD player wasnt in that list.
From July 08th to July 12th I was claiming in several emails about my DVD player. I have no answer. Finally, on July 16th I received in Caracas, Venezuela, several small packages which at a glance you could quickly find out that the DVD player was not on the delivery.
I called Mr. Tito Sarti, who was totally out of the game, and he promise to called me back shortly. Due to the fact Mr. Sarti didnt call me I called him again and he explain me they havent the DVD player, that was a worker mistake and that he couldnt do anything. My answer was that I have an email signed by him were he assured they had the DVD player on their facility, so they must be accountable for the item they lost. He promised me he will talk with his boss and send me an email with the answer.
On July 18th I started a two month trip thought South America in which it was difficult to access internet. On my return I called and emailed Mr. Sarti, but he insisted on the same point, it was his employee mistake, and there wasnt anything they could do to find my DVD player.
