Portable DVD Player Gift With Activation Never Received

I ordered Direct-TV at the end of May. I received my "Gift with Activation" Redemption Form in early June. I filled it out, attached copies of my first bill, etc., and mailed it on June 13.

I called in mid-July because it had been over a month since I had sent the form in but I had not received my gift. I called again on August 15 because I still had not received my gift. In August, I was informed that the case had been "elevated" (I am not sure what that means), but I still don't have a Portable DVD player.

I was, however, able to get a mailing address, to which I will write a scathing letter as soon as possible, perhaps even certified. I am also planning to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
