The rebate checks you promised my wife have not been received You state in your previous message that they were mailed on June 15. Please live up to your promise and send us our money NOW! My wife is Cheryl and right now she is experiencing problems with her yahoo email address and, can't get into it. That is why I am emailing you. Please e-mail me back

I cant do anything about the mail... The check was issued on June 15 and the check number was 5266... Until it either shows up on your end or has been 60 days on our end or it has been cashed... Its really just a waiting game... I do apologize for the inconviencence.

You will need the following Authorization number for this resubmission.

Once your Resubmission has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with estimated date for your check to be issued.

That's ok because I have a copy of my application right here that I can fax or scan to you. As far as the serial number goes, I have the MP3 player right here. Where is the serial number located? Because I mave have listed the wrong number since there are so many numbers on this thing.
