Not sending product bought

Delivered purchase in May they put the purchase May 14. On June 4th I named plus they stated anything was in-stock they wouls deliver email towards the Minnisota shop where it's to become delivered from. On June 9th nevertheless nothing plus they didn't understand why it was not prepared anything is in-stock that I requested. On June 16th I spoke with Jessie (ext) 720. He explained this must have been delivered along time previously that anything was in-stock and he'd deliver them another email notice. July 23rd nothing delivering another notice by mail. July 29th taked to Carolyn can't vessel till they've all of the item. July 30th taked with Victoria she offered me the amount towards the Minnisota workplace (507-334-1623) I taked with Gloria there plus they haven't received my purchase nothing within the document. I called back again to the primary department plus they explained Betty set the purchase in about the computor. Once they responded these were upset that I named the Minnisota workplace and questioned how I acquired that quantity. I told them that I needed the merchandise I taken care of otherwise return my income. They stated they might not return anything it had been against business plan. When they might not deliver my purchase since it'd need to wait until spring next year 2011.
