Never delivered item and needed to combat to stop purchase and obtain refun!

I put an order on 9/12 for items on myOTCstore.com THAT USED to become America's RX. Evidently somebody simply purchased out early this summer! Works out the homeowners really are a Sundries shop in Ny! So here's my knowledge".

I received an email confirming my purchase and declaring it had been prepared for cargo on 9/13'. On 9/22 I named the organization and questioned why my purchase continues to be in procedure because it mentioned on the site:. I had been informed that it had been never delivered since one-product wasn't in-stock/. I questioned why I had been not educated and not got an answer on that issue'. The CSR explained the product nevertheless wasn't in-stock and so I requested to stop my purchase? He explained that I have to delay oneday of course if the merchandise wasn't in tomorrow he might stop my purchase but when it had been in he'd contain it delivered? I told him no I do want to stop and he extended to claim with me, and so I requested to consult with a and he'd not permit that! Then he decided to stop my purchase. I requested after I might have my reimbursement and he explained by tomorrow morning. I expected for an email verification and stated he was delivering it while we were about the telephone. I waited one-hour and not received the e-mai.

I then called the Organization office quantity and reported about customer support. The person looked up my consideration and explained that anything was in-stock and could deliver tomorrow. I expected him why I was advised anything was sold-out and just why was not my purchase terminated upon my demand? The person explained he'd contain it delivered tomorrow. I expected him if he'd return the $10 in delivery becasue used to donot believe it had been reasonable to pay for $10 and that I still would not have my products for another week (he explained it'd consider seven days). I again informed him that I do want to stop and that I need a on my termination and reimbursement. I expected him after I might observe my reimbursement and he explained by tomorrow morning. He explained he'd look after it and guaranteed me I'd possess a confimation in my own mailbox in half an hour. It didn't come, and so I e mailed through the web site, my same compaint which may be the reaction I acquired in my own mailbox:

"We've deliver the info to the shipping division to stop your purchase as we get verification we shall close you. We enjoy your potential company with us. Regards, Frank."

It's now-24 hours later and day has approved. I still don't have any return. I named and was placed on store informed I had been the first owner within the line after which when my phone experienced, they set me into voicemail and would not actually talk to me and so I quit a note wondering why I had been lied to AGAIN and where's my cash? No-return phone. I also responded towards the email requesting again after I might find my reimbursement. Today I've set it within the fingers of the BBB. Should you store on Amazon—DON'T get items which are supplied through America'sRX.com... I actually donot believe a single National actually works for the corporation! It's a fraud!
