Customer Service and Promt Shipment is NONEXISTENT

I requested 8 spoons out of this site on July 24 and got a verification mail but did not get any cargo for 2 months. I eventually named them-and they explained the spoons are back-ordered (it didn't declare this after I put purchase online). The repetition explained they've 4 spoons in-stock and questioned basically need these first and they're going to deliver the remainder 4 spoons when they obtain the cargo in per week, and so I said ok. After I obtained the 4 spoons lastly these were really also little for my glasses and so I named them immediately and requested for trade. The repetition stated not a problem, simply ship back the 4 spoons and they're going to deliver the 8 teaspoons when they get results. I delivered them instantly simply to notice/obtain nothing from their website.

I waited per week and named. Among their representatives who had beennot really good stated she's to appear engrossed to determine when they obtained the spoons back (despite the fact that I informed her that my following number claims they obtained it many days ago). She was sharp and explained she will provide me a call-back but never did.

Four days passed and that I simply named them again. Exactly the same lady acquired and claims they just have 5 spoons in-stock and certainly will obtain the sleep in a few days (they have been stating this each time I called them). I inquired if she may deliver it out nowadays since I have've been awaiting the spoons to get a MONTH (absurd!) and she kept saying she cannot guarantee that. Wth. Iam a devoted online-shopper which may be the many absurd online vendor I've handled. As well as their customer support representatives are totally unprofessional and rude.

I'll never store from or recommend this location.
