Mike Watch out Before you call this guy pay alittle more and get the job done!

Dont let this happen to you or your family. We have used Mike before cleaning carpets, the first time when using him he called the same day and said his machine broke and he would not be able to make it out. O. K things happen machines can break I understand, so the next day he came out cleaned the carpets no problem. About a year later we called him again to set up another cleaning, same thing called and stated his machine broke and he would not be able to make it, this was about a 1/2 hour before he was supposed to show up, What? This is the same thing he told me last time. Keep in mind when you get your carpets cleaned you tear apart your house, move things out of the way and the house ends up a wreck! This time we ask him ok when can you come and clean them? He stated im not sure how long it will take to fix the machine it's should be next week. So not thinking my wife was the person talking to him I told her just ask him if he could come next Friday he said no problem I will be at your house at 9am.
