Rip off Carpet cleaning service

Horizon Rip off Carpet Cleaning Service.
Stated they were a Carpet Steam cleaning service, they are not.
They say one thing and do another, the carpet is socked with water and all buckled up.
They say they are going to steam clean 5 rooms and the hall way for $34.75 NOT TRUE.
They change there price and add on a trip charge that is not in there flyer.
They say that they color bright your carpet and deodorizer, my carpet is so wet it stinks.
Also they say in there ad. That they move most furniture upon request, NOT TRUE.
They told me they do not move any furniture, there insurance won't allow them to.
I had to move everything my self.
The carpets are not clean and I may have to replace them if they don't dry out.
This company is a total rip off.
Total waste of time and money and it may cost me a lot more if I have to replace all my carpets, they were not that bad only 3 years old, just wanted to get them cleaned so keep them in good shape.
I am so sorry I ever called them.
