Not happy with carpet cleaning service

I purchased voucher from Groupon for 2 rooms carpet cleaning for £19 (probably should have realised too good to be true). My bedroom carpets had not been cleaned for eight years but had no stains. On arrival the operator does a test the clean I had paid for was a "maintenance clean" not advertised in Groupons description on deal which I would say would only be suitable for a carpet that was was not very old. I went for the better clean which cost me a total cost of £99. It was my choice to go ahead but got talked into it by the operator cleaning my stairs as well. As I am an O.A. P this was a lot of money. Also all my hot water was used in the machine. I did phone Groupon as I think description of deal is poor.
The sad thing is I usually have a local carpet cleaner, have had my lounge done a few times and he does a first class job (his machine heats water) but I thought £19 was abrilliant price. Still put it down to experience and will not be done again.
The name of the carpet cleaning company was Combined Carpet Cleaning of Bournemouth.
