Overcharged for services received

The quote given to me was for cleaning an entire 4 bedroom house so it would be in move-in condition when finished including having the carpets cleaned. The cleaning crew consisted of one elderly lady & one younger woman, not a professional cleaning crew and after three hours all the rooms were not yet cleaned and they left. I had to finish everything that didn't get cleaned the next day and get the house ready for a renter. I told them not to come back to clean the carpets... I would get somone else and they still charged me $350.00. This was a definite overcharge for the work that had actually been completed.
