What a SCAM, NEVER do business with Pro Carpet!

I called this company to clean my carpets and my air ducts. What a HUGE mistake... I made my appoinment for Tuesday afternoon to have my entire houses carpets cleaned for 84.95 and all of my vents for 197.95. They never showed up when they were supposed to on Tuesday, as I had taken off of work and waited for no one to show up or even give me the decency of a phone call.

I called them and they told me the guy got in a car wreck, yeah right. They said they would come out the next day and give me a discount. The guy came the next day and was 1 hour late. He had a very bad smell and kept trying to tell me that I needed all of these extra services that I told him I could not afford. He was very pushy and worse than a used car salesman with his trying to sell me extra things.

After what seemed like forever, he finally started "cleaning" my vents and then "cleaning" the carpets. When he left, some of my vent covers were left off, I could still see dirt in the vents, my carpets were soaking wet and he broke one of collectibles that was on my dresser. I called the office to complain and had to leave a message because the "correct person to speak to" was out to lunch.

I called back around 4pm and that person was in a meeting. No one that was there could help me. Funny, they had no problem cashing my check and taking my money as quick as I had paid. My carpets were SOAKING wet for 4 days. No ONE EVER returned my call, or tried to help me on the phone or offered to send someone else to fix what the first guy did to my house or replace what he had broke.

I am placing a complaint with the better business bureau and want to warn ANYONEconsidering tis BOGUS company, don't waste your time. They have no sort of customer service AT ALL. All they do is take your money, do a crappy job and never talk to you again. Save your time and money and call someone else...
