Worst Experience from the manager!

Probably the most unprofessional people work on this area, including the supervisor. My Dad's Time present wasn't provided until 2 nights following this vacation. I'd positioned the purchase on line and planned a get period of 1pm for Sunday, subsequently recognized that I had been not likely to have the ability to get the purchase in those days and named to guidance that I'll be buying up at 3pm (actually the worker that required the info didn't condition they shut at 3pm) and stated ok. She never apologized on her disrespect. What happened to telling your workers to supply proper info or even the client is definitely correct? I'll never conduct business again with this specific organization and its own unfortunate that she's addressing an enormous company.
