They never shipped my item or responded to my requests for help

I requested a product on 5/15. After numerous calls, they stated it'd be delivered on 5/28. While it was not, I named. I'd to contact 3x and none of the team delivered my calls after they stated they'd discover the position. Every mail I delivered was taken care of immediately having a study only. After I attempted to stop, they explained I really couldnot; that I'd to obtain verification in the mfr they hadn't delivered. The maker never delivered their calls evidently both. I ultimately could stop on 6/3.
