Overcharge/ship cancelled item/refuse return

Ordered a jersey from shop. Nhl.com from their site promising "delivery for christmas". 2 weeks before christmas, no jersey. After days of trying to find out what the status was, they finally told me it could not be delivered and offered (they offered) to cancel the order. I did. A month later I received e-mail confirmation that my (cancelled) order had shipped. An operator promised to send a pre-paid return label by e-mail, that never arrived. Several more calls and unfulfilled promises from nameless supervisors, finally a supervisor said it was a "custom order" and couldn't be returned. Nothing was customized, I pressed "order" and selected a size. Several more days and they finally agreed to accept the return of the item I had cancelled over a month before they shipped it. They then refunded the price less an $80 "customization fee". More calls, more time on hold, they have now agreed to refund that amount as well.

Do not order from shop. Nhl.com. Customer service & hidden fees are really bad.
