False advertising

I requested 5 custom barstools which were never delivered. After months and recurring telephone calls Cymax mentioned they may have an accounting problem or there is a decelerate in the producer and desired to return my income.

I called the production of the chairs plus they recommended I stop the Cymax purchase and undergo CSN. I then found out that Cymax most likely underpriced the chairs and did not wish to recognize their cost - insufficient revenue.

Obviously I wound up spending a greater cost since the Cymax purchase was over. Bad organization that cannot tell the reality.
