Don't order from cymax! I requested a Holiday present for my boy from their store on December 6th, never obtained following info, and so I named and sent customer support many times without any reaction. I eventually named and TERMINATED my purchase on Dec. 16th after I was fairly obvious that I had beennot likely to get my purchase over time for Holiday. After eliminating my purchase I obtained a contact that it delivered that day-but they cannot provide me a following range? I acquired another mail two nights later declaring the product hasn't been delivered and it is on backorder!!! Obviously some large connection issues happening with this particular organization. Simply got off the telephone together again today, Dec. 19th to stop my purchase for that second-time!!
