Repeatedly shipped wrong item

They delivered the incorrect product that I settled entirely. Then after I informed them of such, they stated they'd correct and deliver the right product. They delivered the incorrect product again. Then I spent hours of my period and power more than 4 weeks looking to get them to recognize their term/contract, to no avail. I acquired no reactions, telephone calls not delivered, guarantees damaged, got the run around, got lied to. They still have my cash and not delivered the right product I bought.
