Took money from my debit card, no product recieved, rude customer service

I ordered shoes about 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved my product. I e-mailed them 2 weeks ago and still no reply back so i e-mailed them again. And guess again still no response. So i decided to call the ordering line and the representative that answered was very rude and was telling me i didnt e-mail him and pretty much said i was a liar. He wouldnt even ask for my name or e-mail to even check if i did e-mail them, so how would he even know if i e-mailed it or not. He was very argumentative over the phone. I didn't recieve any tracking number or e-mail reply. It was kind of weird on the ordering reciept because it said that they ship ups. And then in the box below it said they are shipping usps. I would just like my money back. Also it says as soon as the money is taken out of the account the order would be shipped. Well they took the money out that day i ordered.
