Youcansave.com is an evil dirt bag consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered merchandise about 3 weeks ago. According to the website, it would be shipped in 24 hours. I was supposed to receive a follow up e-mail after it had been shipped along with the UPS tracking number. However, the tracking number or confirmation of it being shipped never arrived, but they happily charged my credit card for the exact amount (and shipping) the day after I placed the order. According to their website, it would take 6 business days to get from CA to PA.

After not receiving the product after two weeks and NO e-mail with tracking or shipping info either, I e-mailed customer service who was supposedly going to respond within 24 hours. After I received no response through e-mail, I attempted to join their "live chat" for customer service. The chat window popped up, I filled in the complaint, and the chat box disappeared and no representative ever joined the chat. I tried it four times to make sure there wasn't a problem on my end.

Finally, I decided to call them. All I got was voice mail and no options to talk to a representative. I left my name, number, e-mail address, and the 6-digit order number as requested. They stated on the voice mail it would be faster to contact them through e-mail, but obviously I already tried that and it didn't work. Either they have HORRIBLE customer service (the worst in my experience I think) or they are completely a fraud. I have told them I am disputing the charges on my credit card, will report them to all agencies I can, and will never use their service again.
