Rip-off sent payment & received no product false promises

I ordered from this company that stated it would take 7-10 days for the handbag i ordered. Two weeks later i sent an e-mail stating i was patiently waiting. The reply was it would be mailed out in 3 days (another 7-10 days to ship) so i called and asked about the purse and the lady stated i would have to send an e-mail. Why give the customers the phone number then?

I sent the e-mail stating it was a gift and i needed it a.S.A.P. And asked could they overnight it, only to receive a RUDE e-mail in return. The e-mail said they would overnight it 3 days after the extra 3 days they told me in the e-mail. I called again the lady said maybe it was out of stock and i replyed with if that were the case i should have gotten an e-mail.

Well this is the day after all of this it was suppose to arrive and i checked my e-mails and they sent one asking what i ordered.

In one of the e-mails i sent it stated what the item was. So i CALLED AGAIN!!! The women was rude and i said it was being shipped. I want my money back, they will not get anymore of my money BEWARE...
