Freestyle shop should be called Rip off Shop!

I ordered a pair of skate shoes for my daughter with her birthday money back in July and it is now September and she has yet to received her shoes.: (
Two weeks after the order was placed I received via e-mail my order confirmation so I didn't think much of it at first because my order confirmation said the shoes would ship in 1-2 weeks, and then I figured it would be just a couple of weeks or so until they arrived. I have tried calling their toll free number 1800-780 8851 as well as their local CA phone number and all have been disconnected. I have emailed them several times and haven't gotten the courtesy of a reply. I just want my 12 year old daughter to get her birthday money back so she can buy the shoes she has been anxiously waiting for.
