The assistant pharmacist was rude and insulting

On March 31 I visited the wal mart Drugstore on Kietzke Lane in Reno, NV to obtain a prescription filled. I offered the assistant pharmacist my insurance card. He visited the pc subsequently returned and explained the card ended in January. I believed this peculiar since I have had only obtained the card within the email.

I expected to keep in touch with the top pharmacist. The associate pharmacist turned rude and insulting. The top pharmacist got around. I told him that I'd simply gotten the card within the email and requested him to operate the card again. He declined.

The top pharmacist continued to inform me, "That Is my company and that I'll do whatever I'd like. I am doing you a benefit by actually assisting you."

I responded, "I am the main one performing you a benefit by buying here."

I then went to obtain an associate store-manager and described the problem to him. We delivered towards the drugstore where the drugstore supervisor, Steven, proceeded to insult me and inform me how he was doing me a benefit." The associate store-manager stood quietly by as the pharmacist, Steven, berated and insulted me.

After I returned home I named the insurance provider and was informed the insurance card was certainly legitimate.

Not just can I not go back to this drugstore, but additionally I'll not store at any wal mart. What this shopis administration does not recognize is the fact that I've many selections. I'll not store at wal mart. There is k mart and Goal and Walgreensis, and Sears and a lot of different shops.

Up to now I'd been investing about 75 bucks per month on medications and one more 1000 bucks per month on goods and varied products. Today I'll not really enter a wal mart.
