Bad Customer Service: Pharmacy Clerk, Pharmacist, Parmacy Regional Supervisor, Store Manage

Per week before Holiday 2011 I visited the El Campo wal mart pharmacy to get my regular medications. I'd been heading their for a long time. There is an issue and also the Drugstore worker was really rude in my experience. She lied tome concerning the status of my prescription, after which declined to visit the correct pc to confirm the actual standing. She explained she'd assist me after she assisted the following client. After I got towards the drugstore there is one-man being waited on, and that I was the following in-line. There is no body behind me for awhile then 3 ladies got behind me. These were altogether. The Drugstore worker assisted the folks behind me as well as visited the pc she declined to visit for me personally. I got upset. The pharmacist smiled. I named to discover who's within the drugstore. The shop handle place me on-hold for more than 20 units to find the title and quantity. I put up and called back. The Local Drugstore handle informed me he'd discover what occurred and obtain back again to me. He never did return to me. I wrote him a contact informing him I had been dissatisfied in him but still never seen back from him. The store-manager explained walmart Pharmacies aren't possessed by walmart.
