Genealogy Detective is totally useless and completely unsupported. Ripoff!

After purchasing this "amazing" software and trying it for just 30 minutes I realized that I had been had. Genealogy Detective couldn' find its rear end with both hands. Most of the links they offer up for research are dead and many of the remainder are useless or free portals that anyone with a basic grasp of the English language could find on their own in 30 seconds.

I did a surname search and it couldn't even find a site for the royal family of England, let alone my own surname! When I called the phone number (which I had to find here) I didn't get Harris Digital but instead a 3rd party customer service firm, which repeatedly told me that they had many happy customers. The only way you could be happy with this program is if you are brain dead.
