Walgreens Pjarmacy
Prescription filled improperly teice

Health & Medicine

On April 28 I required Walgreens found at 3143 T. Colorado Path in Colorado Springs to replenish my prescription for 150 insulin needles. After I got the prescription, it'd been stuffed for 100 needles rather than the 150 that my doctor had requested. Once the pharmacist was informed about that, I had been informed by him that it had been my obligation to check on if it'd been correctly stuffed and never his. After worrying towards the customer support point, I had been guaranteed that it had been certainly the job of the pharmacist to get this done and never the customer which this could never happen again. On May 22, I once more requested exactly the same refill of 150 insulin needles and when again I obtained 100 in the place of 150. The pharmacist once more accepted he had filled the prescription incorrectly. This time around after I reported, the store-manager he explained that there is not really a process to check on the precision of medications apart from those for tablets.

It's incomprehensible in my experience that the nationwide chain drugstore might endure that their employees might inform a person that it's their obligation to check on their pharmacist for mistakes and also to not rely on them to complete it properly.
