Nyshirt NYSHIRT.com goes MIA after i place an order and pay for it

I placed an order on www.nyshirt.com on tuesday may 25th and i paid fully for it by credit card.
The status of the order was at: Awaiting shipment.
I sent them a mail on Friday (3 days later) asking about the shipping date, but didnt get a reply. So i waited patiently till the following tuesday, then sent them another email and didnt get a reply.
Then i got suspicious and started doing intensive research online and have come across other clients (mainly in Germany) who claim have been waiting for 3 months for their product to be shipped off. They all had the same problem, they had paid for the order and it wasnt shipped off.

I tried to contact www.NYSHIRT.com through emails, their online contact forms, i sent them letters through the post and even tried calling them.
They never answered or replied and my order is still 'awaiting shipment'.

I reported them to the Interner Crime Center and now i am writing this report.

I called my bank and asked them to reverse my credit card charges. I hope it all works out.

Horrible customer service, or scam i would never know.
