Here is the timeline of my awful experience with saleeater.com:
* Feb 15: DVD order placed
* Feb 18: Email received that order has shipped; checking account charged for the order.
* Mar 1: I send an email to saleeater.com, asking for the status of my shipment.
* Mar 3: I send a second email, requesting the status of my shipment. I receive a reply same day that my order couldn't be located, so a second DVD was being shipped to me that day.
* Mar 15: Order still not delivered to my home. I send several emails over the next several days, asking that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. No replies since... And today is Mar 30th.
I will NEVER do business on this website again.
I ordered a DVD directly from Saleeater.com on Feb 15. On Feb 18 I received an email stating that my order had shipped. I hadn't received anything for several days, so I sent an email asking for the status on
