Ripoff never ship but they charge

At the end of Sept. I placed an order and was told to expect shipment within 5 to 10 days. A few weeks later I saw the charge on me credit card so I watched for the shipment. A week later when still nothing I called and was told (by the automated system) I had to send a email. I was told I would have it within 3 to 5 days because of a backorder problem.

I waited and still nothing, it is now over 2 months later. I have sent several emails and heard nothing until 2 days ago.in this email they pretty much accused me of mail fraud. They said they sent my package a few days after it was ordered and by claiming I did not get it (they think I am lying) it is considered mail fraud. I sent a reply telling them I will fill out anything they want.

Also I don't think they know that when you order something online or over the phone and use your credit card you can claim identify theft. If there is no signature or tons of proof you placed the order they will have to return the money. You will get the refund from your credit card company and they will go after them. I hope nobody will use this information to do something wrong. If you order something and get it then pay for it, if you claim fraud you just end up costing yourself and everybody else more in the long run. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM EZINKJETS.com
