Company takes money and doesn't ship order, doesn't respond to voice mail or e-mail

I placed and paid for an order on May 12. On May 14th, I received an e-mail from EDPS with an order confirmation. I replied to that e-mail asking when my order would be shipped and never received a reply.
I left voice mails and sent additional e-mails asking about my order, without reply from EDPS Online Warehouse.
On June 6, I received this e-mail:

Please reply to this email if you have any questions.
I responded to that e-mail, asking them not to reship but to credit me and I have not received a reply back.
I sent inquiries via their Contact Form from their website, also with no reply.
I wished that I had gone out and researched this company prior to ordering, as I believe I too have been Ripped Off.
