Bad service

I delivered a $700 'in warranty'unit on 4/15/10 and based on there site was to become changed but hasn't delivered. They've no someone to keep in touch with of course if you contact their telephone number. It says a delay of half an hour. After 25 minute, the phone call is stop. I'd like regular support or my cash back. 5 months!
